Motify is an AI-powered photo editing and image generation app for motorbike owners, riders, creators, and enthusiasts.

The Service may allow you to upload motorbike photos, reference images, prompts, style selections, and editing instructions in order to generate or edit images. Features may include, but are not limited to:

No image is transmitted for AI processing unless you take an affirmative action, such as uploading a photo, selecting a feature, tapping a generate button, or otherwise requesting an AI result.

We use third-party AI models, including Google Gemini, to process user-submitted requests and generate outputs. Third-party providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies, and where required, we use contractual safeguards intended to protect personal data.

Based on the information currently provided by us, uploaded content and prompts are used to fulfill your request and provide the Service. We do not state in this Policy that your content is used by us to train our own AI models.

The Service may process photos that incidentally contain people, faces, license plates, vehicles, or other identifiable information.

Because Motify stores uploaded and generated content so that users can access, review, edit, and manage their images inside the Service, uploaded images, generated images, prompts, and project history may be retained while your account is active, unless you delete them or request deletion, subject to technical, legal, security, and backup needs.

We currently expect to retain certain analytics and crash-log data for approximately 30 days, unless a longer period is needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

When you delete content or request account deletion, we remove the relevant data from active systems where reasonably possible. Residual copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period and will be deleted or overwritten according to our backup and retention processes, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting your account may remove your access to uploaded content, generated images, saved projects, account-related data, and app history, subject to any lawful retention obligations.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google, or another platform. You must cancel those subscriptions directly through the relevant app store or payment provider.
